The agreement for using AIphotoenhancer

Who may use the service

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and purchases. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

The service

AIphotoenhancer provides automated image enhancement, enlargement, unblurring, and sharpening tools. Processing is performed through fal.ai and its available models. Results depend on the source image and may contain invented detail, changed texture, halos, altered faces, or other artifacts. We do not promise that a result will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or better than the original.

Your images and permission to process them

You keep any rights you have in an uploaded image. You give AIphotoenhancer and its processing providers a limited permission to receive, copy, process, transmit, and return that image only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. You must own the image or have permission to use and process it.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• break a law, court order, contract, privacy right, publicity right, or intellectual-property right;
• create deceptive identity, evidence, medical, financial, or official records;
• harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person;
• process sexual content involving a minor or any content that violates provider safety rules;
• probe, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service;
• evade credit limits, rate limits, account controls, or payment requirements.

We may block a job, suspend an account, or preserve relevant records when reasonably needed to enforce these rules.

Credits

• A guest receives one credit for use in the browser. A first sign-in adds one account credit.
• Auto Enhance and Sharpen each cost one credit. HD / 4K and Unblur each cost four credits.
• Pro includes 200 credits per month. Monthly credits refresh and do not roll over.
• An annual Pro purchase is billed once per year and still refreshes 200 credits each month.
• A 50-credit pack is a one-time purchase. Pack credits do not expire while the account remains available.

Credits are a limited license to request processing. They are not money, property, a stored-value account, or a transferable balance. They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We may correct balances affected by fraud, duplicate grants, chargebacks, or a technical error.

Prices, subscriptions, and renewal

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Pro Monthly is $9.99 USD per month. Pro Annual is $69.99 USD per year. The 50-credit pack is $6.99 USD. Taxes may be added based on the billing information and applicable law.

A Pro subscription renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Subotiz shows the final amount and renewal interval before payment. You authorize Subotiz to charge the selected payment method for each renewal and applicable tax. We may change a future subscription price after giving notice required by law. A new price will not be applied before that notice takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time through the Subotiz customer portal linked from your Account page. Unless the portal or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then and will not be charged for the next period. Deleting your Clerk account does not reliably cancel a Subotiz subscription, so cancel billing first.

Refunds

Completed charges are handled under our Refund Policy. Local consumer rights still apply. A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a subscription, so contact us and cancel renewal separately if you no longer want the service.

Availability and changes

We may change providers, models, limits, or features and may pause processing for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or capacity. We will not reduce credits already purchased without a valid reason. If a material change adversely affects a paid subscription, we will give notice when required and explain the available options.

Intellectual property

The site, software, interface, branding, and original written content belong to AIphotoenhancer or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. Your rights in a processed output depend on your rights in the source image, applicable law, and any provider restrictions. We cannot grant rights that you did not have in the input.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Use the service at your own judgment. Keep backups and inspect every result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AIphotoenhancer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful use, a security threat, or nonpayment. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue. Sections that logically continue after closure, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and dispute terms, remain in effect.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections in your country or state continue to apply. Before starting a formal claim, contact us so both sides can try to resolve the issue directly. These terms do not require you to give up a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be announced when required. Questions can be sent to hello@aiphoto-enhancer.com.
